The ethics approval code was incorrectly reported as: "The protocol and procedures of this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of Urmia University of Medical Sciences (IR.UMSU.REC.1400.07)." The correct ethics approval code is: IR.UMSU.REC.1400.076 The corrected sentence should read: "The protocol and procedures of this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of Urmia University of Medical Sciences ( IR.UMSU.REC.1400.076)." This correction has now been updated in both the PDF and HTML versions of the article.
